Millie Bobby Brown politely clapped back at haters who criticized her looks and commented on her age following her latest Instagram post.

The Damsel actress shared a series of photos on Wednesday (January 1) to kick off the new year, and haters were quick to judge her appearance.

"What's happening to her face," wrote one user. "U look 35 what happened," someone remarked, with another comparing the star to a 65 year old.

"Millie's google history : 'How to look 65 when you are 16.'"

A few followers stood up for the Stranger Things star amid unnecessary judgement, stating that she's simply not a kid anymore.

"Y’all. She’s not a kid anymore. You’re still expecting her to look like baby Eleven. She’s not."

The photo carousel in question features the actress posing in front of a mirror with a mini Louis Vuitton bag as she makes a duck face at the camera.

According to USA Today, Brown, 20, responded to harsh criticism of her looks with a separate post on her Instagram Story assuring: "women grow!! not sorry about it :)"

Brown married Jon Bon Jovi's son, Jake Bongiovi earlier this year during an intimate ceremony in Italy surrounded by family and close friends. She shared a few memories from the big day in another end-of-year photo series titled, "the year of mrs bongiovi."
